Can I apply several kinds of edits at once?
Yes. Add text, replace text, highlight, draw, insert image and whiteout edits to the list in any order, then apply them all to the PDF and export once. No repeated uploads needed.
How do I position an edit precisely?
Click directly on the page preview on the left and the X and Y coordinates are filled in automatically. You can also fine-tune the numbers by hand. Coordinates start at the bottom-left corner of the page.
Will my original file be modified?
No. The original file is never changed. Every edit is applied to a generated copy that you download afterwards, so you can always re-upload the original and start over.
Does Chinese text render correctly?
Yes. A CJK font is embedded automatically when the text contains Chinese characters, while pure Latin text uses a built-in font to keep the file small.
How does replace text work?
It covers the original area with a white rectangle and writes the new text at the same spot. It suits small fixes such as typos or dates. For large layout changes, edit the source document instead.
